Got my first implant here, and it was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Dragisic was friendly and made me feel at ease by clearly explaining not only the treatment plan beforehand but also each step during the procedure. The extraction was quick, gentle, and completely painless—I felt relaxed the entire time. It’s been over six months since the implant, and it still feels just like a natural tooth. Emanuella at the front desk is also exceptionally polite, efficient, and professional. I’ve had dental treatments in several countries, but this clinic stands out in every aspect—technical skill, atmosphere, aftercare, and administration. Truly outstanding.
Dr. Dragoisic and their staff are very competent and friendly. However (even though the procedure was done correctly) the procedure (1y +) resulted into many more problems. In my case, I came for a root canal resection due to an bacterial infection. However due to only having a 2D x-ray, the infection of the neighbour tooth was missed. Quickly after the procedure my body responded with certain symptoms. However the post surgery visits (more 2D X-Ray) and the doctor's guidance was that it was part of the normal healing process since nothing could be seen on the x-ray. Therefore I waited and neglected my body symptoms. After 7-8 months of having various problems post surgery with my diaphram (apparently a panic reaction of my body response to the still on-going infection which lead to stomach related symptoms) and loosing 10 kg of my weight, I went finally to another specialist with a DVT (3D X-Ray). The specialist quickly was able to see that both teeth (the one that was treated + another neighbouring one) had an on-going bacterial infection which lead (due to the failed procedure) to a sinus infection, infecting both sides of my sinuses - ultimately resulting to a lot of symptoms as a response to the infection in the body. Now 10 months later, this lead to the extraction of both teeth, where another oral surgeon confirmed that both could not be saved due to a split root canal / big infection. FYI even in this scenario, some doctors recommended to do another WSR - since a split root canal again can NOT be seen in an CBCT. Since the infection was for a long period of time in the body, the healing will take many months while symptoms are still present. I hope my body will recover from this - since I have never felt so sick in my life. In conclusion, while Dr. Dragovisc is competent and very nice person, I can only reommend to go to a specialist with a DVT (e.g. ENT) for a tooth resection who will see the problems much better - or even better do not do any tooth resection and just get it pulled out. It will save you from a lot of misery longterm (esp. if it is a molar tooth). Last remark: I asked Dr. Dragovisc (after I found out that the procedure failed) for another opinion. I have not received a response. In my case, I should have done a 3D DVT scan with a potential extraction from the get-go which would have saved me a lot of suffering. Update: I had to extract two infected tooth, however another surgery might still be needed to fix the "damage" that was done by Dr. Dragovic. In my case, the bone replacement material (due to the on-going and undiagnosed infection) needs to be removed again. Bone replacement material needs to have a sterile environment otherwise it will get infected, too and the body will reject it and cause potential chronic problems. I was not told about this potential scenario (in case of a failed root resection) when it was inserted by Dr. Dragovic. If i had known, i would have never agreed to it. What makes things worse is that bone replacement material looks visually the same as "normal" bone material - meaning the surgeon can't really tell what needs to be removed during surgery and will most likely also remove partially functional bone with it. Update: 4 months after my tooth extraction, my symptoms finally got better. However, the remaining symptoms indicated a 2nd surgery to remove the bone replacement. I had this surgery today - and it is now confirmed that the material was causing a chronic inflammation of my sinus. The material got probably contaminated and is now in the lab for further analysis. I hope my journey of suffering finds an end...
Dr. Dragisic and the entire team at Devonshire Place are very professional, warm, and timely. From the beginning of my extraction ( I experienced a broken crown ) to my crown fit, Dr. Dragisic, Emanuella, Helga and Vanessa, all did their best to accommodate me throughout the process. I admire how meticulously and, with precision, Dr. Dragisic’s pair of dental hands are!. He is gifted! I would recommend this practice to anyone who is seriously considering dental work such as implants.
