The apartment is always clean, has great amenities, and is conveniently located near shops and other essentials. My dad enjoyed living here during the short time he resided at The Otto.

Good location, cool amenities, decor and details make it look like a gorgeous lakeside hotel. Maintenance guys are awesome. Free coffee machine, nice club rooms, movie theater, balconies, and the back is a pretty forest that makes for a great view.

I’ve been living here for several months now, and I can honestly say this is hands down the best apartment in Waconia. The location is super convenient—within walking distance to both the grocery store and several fast food restaurants, which makes running errands a breeze. The amenities are also incredible. The building has everything you need, from a fully-equipped gym to a game room, office space, and a relaxing lounge area. Plus, they offer free coffee and hot beverages, which is a nice bonus for those busy mornings. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live!

My dog Piglet and I moved in here in November...it's been amazingly good. It's a gorgeous brand new building with top of the line everything. The people here are phenomenal...thank you Mariah, Brian, Katie, and Julie. You are a great team and make life at the Otto like living on a vacation. I did my homework...and this is the best place within 20 miles of Waconia. Nothing as new, nice, and great of people and environment as The Otto. And it better priced than almost anything east of here.
