The owner was very empathetic and great to work with as our family navigated a difficult situation during the loss of our dad and our move-out of his unit. He stepped in to address a mistake on management’s part and genuinely made up for the issue that had occurred, which our family truly appreciated. The apartment is always clean, has great amenities, and is conveniently located near shops and other essentials. My dad enjoyed living here during the short time he resided at The Otto.

Good location, cool amenities, decor and details make it look like a gorgeous lakeside hotel. Maintenance guys are awesome. Free coffee machine, nice club rooms, movie theater, balconies, and the back is a pretty forest that makes for a great view.

I’ve been living here for several months now, and I can honestly say this is hands down the best apartment in Waconia. The location is super convenient—within walking distance to both the grocery store and several fast food restaurants, which makes running errands a breeze. The amenities are also incredible. The building has everything you need, from a fully-equipped gym to a game room, office space, and a relaxing lounge area. Plus, they offer free coffee and hot beverages, which is a nice bonus for those busy mornings. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live!
