I can’t say enough about Virginia at the Mobile Shop in Brockville. Her friendly nature was so appreciated and she was incredibly helpful assisting us deal with a delicate situation. She explained all options available and ensured we received the best plan and price for our family. Her knowledge and professionalism was top notch and she should be recognized for all her hard work and lovely demeanour. Thank you Virginia!!

Have bought a number of phones here, bought s25 month ago. Issues from day one, went on vacation down East no network, connection issues. Called provider they tested everything reset network, sim, factory reset etc etc. Phone deemed defective and they noted this in file.. Called MS and they were initially helpful to replace but said since I threw out the box which apparently voids the return they wont swap phone.. How hard is it for the company to provide a new box once they fix the defect? Now paying for a phone for the next two years that doesn't work.. Left me with "you'll need to deal with Samsung" which I'll need to travel to Kingston or Ottawa to deal with, and no guarantee they will resolve issue.. Frustrating! We'll go elsewhere in the future as a result..

I would like to thank Virginia the sales representative for walking me through my new phone. Virginia also made use aware that we could get a better contract with our present services provider. So overall I got a good deal on my Google Pixel 9 and was able to save money on our second line and home Internet. Thanks all to Virginia and the Mobile Shop.
