The Montana Club Restaurant

The Montana Club is our “go-to” for special occasions, especially birthdays. Whoever’s birthday it is gets a discount on their meal that matches their age. Bring your I.D. and show up on your birthday. We’ve done that for family birthdays for at least 15 years. They’ve got servers who’ve been there as long as we’ve been going there. Hanna has been there all these years and is as positive and efficient as she was on day one. Jake and Buddy have also been there for a long time. They all provide excellent, friendly service and are fast. Their menu has favorites we get each time. We used to go to Montana Club every week after ballet, but they’ve raised their prices so much that we frequent two other restaurants across the street weekly and only go to Montana Club for birthdays and days Hanna is working once every couple months. Other restaurants nearby haven’t raised their prices to the extent that Montana Club has, and are taking their business. That said, for birthdays and special occasions such as Thanksgiving, Montana Club is well worth the price and highly recommended. If you’re on a budget, but want to experience the atmosphere- their house soups are fantastic and affordable, as is their side salad. Their waffle sweet potato fries are delicious and a good substitute for regular fries with sandwiches and burgers. Lobster fest is a must! If you’re in the area for lobster fest, it’s highly recommended.

Connor, thank you for the amazing service every single time! We feel extremely lucky when we get the opportunity to be in your section when we come in. Absolutely 10/10 service. We love your guys’ food so much! You guys have set such a high bar seeing how good food and experience could be. Critique: I’d critique the consistency of how food is prepared. We’ve only had about 3 bad experiences in total here but it definitely has affected how often we come because we do t want to gamble whether it’ll be good that day or not. Thanks guys

The Cowboy Burger is INCREDIBLE! Look at that beauty! We got the Bison steak to which only comes in 12 oz instead of smaller options but you guyssss GET IT! Thank me later. Only complaint if I had to give one was that it felt super cold in there! We brought blankets in from our car and were not the only ones. Our waitress changed the thermostat after seeing our blankets! We didn’t say anything though because if everyone else was comfortable, I didn’t want the thermostat to change just for us! But they must have felt that it was too cold too. Anyways. GREAT FOOD! the pomegranate dressinf for salads is really good and the huckleberry lemonade is yummy. No actual huckleberries in it, but it does have huckleberry syrup for flavor.
