Her approach is holistic—along with chiropractic adjustments, she also incorporated light therapy, vibration therapy, and targeted mobility exercises, all tailored specifically to where I needed relief. I felt genuinely cared for, and every session was focused on long-term healing. Shelby at the front desk is super helpful and makes checkout and insurance submission easy. Dr Karissa is an amazing chiropractor. Very skillful and knowledgeable in her answers to any questions I had. She is also very good at acupuncture! The waiting room is always very clean, and the building has great parking.

Dr. Jenna has helped me so much in ways that I cannot express. I had moved to Muskoka and was seeking a new Chiropractor and I am truly lucky that my family and I have an amazing Chiropractor. I had a low back injury in the past and a few other issues. Dr. Jenna has helped me so that I don't have those issues again. If you are hesitant about Chiropractors don't be!! Don't think about it, just do it and you will be thankful that you met Dr. Jenna. Not only does she help relieve and correct issues but she is kind, thoughtful, professional and really cares about you as a person.
