I went in today and i asked for ombre nails, i picked the colour i wanted which was a darkish pink and when the acrylic was being put on, i noticed he was using the wrong colour and i pointed it out. He said it was the same colour although i could see that it was a completely different shade to the one i picked but i saw this place had good reviews so i trusted his word and i understand what the final shade can look different once the final coat is put on. He then rushed the job and my nails are shaped incorrectly with some looking wider than others and the complete wrong colour. This was my first time going to this place as i usually go to the other local places and i’d say im very disappointed. I’ve added photos of the sort of colour i asked for and what i received. In response to the reply i have received, my nails did not look like they were completed by an ‘expert’, most places take time and care with their clients but i was in and out the door in 30 minutes and didn’t feel very welcome. I felt incredibly rushed and uncomfortable as whenever i tried to question about the colour, i was immediately shut down and told that i was wrong. And no you didn’t ask me a 2nd time nor if i liked the nails, you just asked if i had enough cash to pay for the job. I have added another photo to compare the difference to what i normally get.

I’ve had my nails done here for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always perfectly done and staff are very nice. Would highly recommend.
