Customer experiences
I visited Kiambu Road (Thindigua) branch. It has terrible services. 96% of the staff idle around. They are a bunch of phone addicts! Never been to a hospital that is ran in this manner. The levels of unprofessionalism are sickening! It should be closed down, if not, bring in a whole new lot of staff. I will be writing a review to my insurance. RFH should not be on the list of providers. You are not worth it! You are a big shame to the health industry especially the private sector!
There is no order. Too many staff sitting idle. It took me more than one hour to see a doctor or even a clinical officer. I paid for consultation and now I have to leave without seeing a doctor or getting a refund more than an hour later. I am disappointed that someone took my money & refused to offer services 😞 😔
If you can do not step at the RFH syokima. On 28th October at around 830am there triage and the lab remain ed unmanned as those experiences expected to work there had not arrived. Don't even mention the tall dark guy who was the doctor....his attitude was from here to Timbuktu. He kept on talking on cellphone in dholuo and could not even have eye contact even to hold a baby and check .ati wewe Enda lab... surely this hospital has lost its glory and something needs to be done.
Go to this facility at your own risk. The level of incompetence is unexplainable. Very unprofessional staff, the specialist branch has no specialist except for a cardiologist who will attend to almost all cases, my husband developed a complication which we will have to manage for the rest of his life because of their negligence and zero care for the patients. They only care for the bill not patient and will do everything possible to admit you even if they have to put you on different antibiotics and unnecessary tests. I won’t recommend it to anyone even my worst enemy.
The Nairobi Hospital Convention Centre is a convention center.
