We couldn't be happier with working with Next level and their team. Mike Kolbuc was our Energy Advisor and did the door tests. He provided us with a surprisingly detailed review of all of the various aspects of our home that we might consider upgrading, and was also able to outline the grants that might be available for each of them. He handled himself very professionally and provided us with a high level of support when questions came up. One thing to point out was that when I asked him something that he didn't have an answer for, he simply said that he didn't know, but also said that he'd find out, nice! I'd much prefer that to someone pretending to know and guessing. He actually had the owner of the company contact me and he was able to find an excellent solution to my dilemma. Again, we couldn't be happier, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for advice on how best to upgrade the energy performance of a home, and that applies even when there's no grants available too!
