I had an awesome experience with Matthew and his team at the store. I was looking for a men's bomber jacket, but they didn't have my size. Matthew suggested I try a larger size in the women's section, and after trying a few, the XL fit me perfectly. He and his team went to the storage room and found the jacket for me! They also took the time to explain the technology behind the jacket and how it works. I'll definitely be back to shop here again, especially with their awesome discounts!

This North Face is a very shady and unprofessional store with a crew that's very clever in how they service refunds for gear that's defective and already outside of the return window. I've asked their manager for a full refund, in cash, for a product that I was initially happy with, until a defect appeared shortly after the return window expired. He was intentionally vague about giving me the refund (he didn't say refunding me in a specific way, just "either way"), and one of their store managers very slyly and cleverly pinned my refund down with only a gift card that's worth my defective product's price, NOT in cash, the way I wanted it to be. Unless they contact me to follow up, I would avoid this place for their product's refunds at all costs.
