I’ve brought my animals here for years. They’ve helped my animals with epilepsy, hypothyroidism, hip dysplasia that’s led to hip surgery, anxiety, behavioural issues, spaying and neutering, clipping their nails, weight management and unfortunately putting our oldest dog down last Christmas. With all the medical issues my animals have I am there quite frequently and the staff has always been professional, honest and kind. They’ve treated my animals like their own and always explained everything to me in great detail. When we put our oldest dog down they came into our home so we could all be there for her last breath, they gave us paw prints of hers and a very detailed bag and box for us to bring her home after cremation. My animals hate the vet but I know they’ll always have the best care at this clinic.

Dr. Tremble & The Oaks team are absolutely amazing! We ended up taking our bull terrier, Marley, to them about 5 years ago now. He suffers from allergies & woke up one morning with a HORRIBLE ear infection (liquid oozing from his ears) & our vet at the time (not Oaks) couldn’t see us for 2 weeks. I called every office in the city and got the same response. Oaks was one of my last calls and they asked me if I could bring him in right away that same day! The care & expertise that we were met with blew us away. The entire team is extremely friendly & very obviously passionate about what they do. Dr. Tremble takes amazing care of Marley AND of us. He explain things in great detail & in a way that ensures you understand what’s going on. He also presents options & will sit and weigh the pros & cons with you without rush. I know with 100% certainty our boy is good hands with him. In fact, since switching to Oaks, we now have a much better understanding of Marley’s allergies. With Dr. Tremble’s help, we made dietary changes & introduced daily allergy medication, as Marley was suffering from skin irritation, discolouration in his coat, open sores on his paws, and a constant cycle of ear infections. The changes we saw were night and day! We deal with an occasional ear infection maybe once a year, as Marley loves to snatch unattended food (as dogs do), but he hasn’t had sores in years, his white coat is PRISTINE, & his unrelenting itch is now gone. Needless to say we never went back to our previous vet. In fact, I have several friends & family that now go to Oaks because of how much I’ve raved about Dr. Tremble & his team. One family member travels from 3.5 hours away to see him instead of their hometown vet… Dr. tremble is a clear expert in his field! I can’t recommend him enough!
