When you come in here, you don't expect that this restaurant will be so huge and has a unique design. We ordered a starter and 2 main dishes with pasta. I was surprised that you'll get a soup or salad and a dessert like a bonus. I was full when I ate a starter, half of soup, half a salad. 1. Sicilian Garlic Bread 9.5$. Warm, crispy outside and soft inside, sause was good. 2. Soup is so delicious, salad is huge, but nothing special. 3. Shrimp Fettuccine 24.25$. was OK, I wanna more flavor for shrimps. 4. Lobster&Crab Ravioli 24.50$. It was nicely cooked. The sause seemed a little bit watery. The filling was delicious. Nancy, our waiter, was polite. Thank you!

The food is good it's typical Italian. The restaurant is clean, the servers are typically good.. When I went to wash my hands I tried to get a piece of paper towel to wipe my hands.. The paper towel dispenser gives out about 4 inches of paper, and that's IT..

The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from—you really can’t go wrong. Most plates are around $20. I brought a group of 20 students, and the service was fast and efficient. Big shoutout to our server, Jethro, and his team for taking such great care of us. I also want to recognize Zack, who helped me later when I called to request an itemized receipt—he was professional and knew exactly what to do. Megan, the manager, was also incredibly prompt and helpful in making sure I received it. Great food paired with great service goes a long way. Awesome job, Spaghetti Factory!

My daughter wanted to come here to have dinner. We were able to walk in and be seated quickly. The writer came and took our drink and food orders. The place is very lovely inside and I was surprised to see the cable car inside, which people are able to sit in and eat. The food was delicious and hot. After ordering it came pretty quick. The drinks or delicious and enjoyable and the service was very professional. It was clean and quiet inside.
