I enjoyed my visit to the store. I came in knowing mostly what I wanted. The owner and other staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I asked a ton of questions and saw every product I wanted to see. I was especially pleased that this is a local family owned business, invested in the community's well-being. They invited customers to donate warm coats there for CYS youth. I was happy to do so, and they waived delivery fee. A great place to buy beautiful furniture and genuinely nice human beings too! I'll be back. Thank you!

Good purchasing experience. We bought multiple couches and an ottoman here during their memorial day sale, after shopping at other stores in the area and finding our options here to be the best for our goal of finding comfortable, high quality/heirloom pieces without bankrupting ourselves. (Not everything there is "heirloom quality"-- they have a range of quality and price points). But I was most impressed at how they stand by their products. When I called about an issue with a loose bolt/leg on our ottoman a few months after delivery, they offered for us to bring the ottoman in right away, and fixed it on the spot without charging us. I wasn't expecting it to be so painless. Of course this may not be possible for all issues, but I thought it showed integrity. They seem to prioritize their customers having a good experience, rather than squeezing out every dollar they can from you.

We were looking for an adjustable bed base and figured we'd check with Olympia Furniture & Sleep Co. before going to Mattress Firm, and we're very happy we did. Allen (one of the owners) was very helpful, personable, and friendly and helped us find just the right king base, with all of the features we wanted and more. I would highly recommend that everyone check them out if you need any furniture, for quality, price, and friendly service.
