The OM Center provides a very safe, comfortable environment to practice yoga. I’ve recently taken a few classes with Jackie and found it to be so helpful to my overall physical and mental health. She provides instruction which is suitable tor a beginner, intermediate and advanced students of yoga . Her calm, soothing voice immediately puts you at ease. I especially like the fact that there are always modifications that she will offer when certain poses do not feel right. I highly recommend Jackie and OM Center for anyone who is looking for top notch instruction and a peaceful environment.
