Open Book is still a great place to purchase books, DVDs, and CDs. Prices are very reasonable. There is often a bargain selection as well. Newer lay out of the store is more welcoming, but maybe has slightly reduced shelf space now. Employees are nice and fairly knowledgeable with good tastes for suggestions.
Store is nice with a decent but chaotic selection. However the quality of the books and customer service is lacking. Unwilling to help and no professional or technical skill sets.
I love this spot! They have a solid collection of popular and older books. Staff is always friendly and prices are great!
Great used bookstore! Most paperbacks are $7 and hardcovers are $10. There's also a clearance section with $1 books. Staff is super nice. Good variety of books that are broken down into genres. I read almost exclusively fiction and I can always find SOMETHING I've been looking for. Can't say much about the other non fiction sections.
Wonderful second hand book shop. Everything is so well organised it makes browsing easy and enjoyable. And nicely set out, with a seating area and children’s corner, and plenty of choice in books and gifts.
Good selection of books in many genres. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Excellent kids section. Best to go early before it gets destroyed. I go here for everything from fiction to graphic novels to classics. Can't best the price. Hard bound usually run $3-5 and soft covers $1-2. Check out the vintage books, too!
