The Orchid - Massage & Wellness Centre

I got a massage at this place today. It was very enjoyable and relaxing. The atmosphere was peaceful and the massage therapist explained the procedure before starting. The massage therapist was very professional and did a great job. My only complaint is that the medical form was sent to me about an hour before my appointment. If I was at work before the appointment, I wouldn't have had time to fill it out prior to arriving for the appointment. I would have preferred to be sent the form when I booked the appointment. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable and I will go back again.

The receptionist was supremely rudely talking. It was my first appointment and had to cancel 😣 my appointment and then she charged me the full session fees- never seen a full session fees as a cancellation fees to any of the service providers in Canada. When I called nobody answered. So, I decided to go there and came across this supremely arrogant girl and rudely talking. She gave the time to another client- which is fine. I think these people are making money from cancelling their appointment. She never informed me or provide heads up for charging my card. Never 👎 go this place.

The ambience and atmosphere was really beautiful and relaxing. Staff and therapist, Brendan were super nice. He knows what he’s doing and he delivered. Will definitely be going back there again.
