Customer service was OK, while I asked a simple question; ‘what oil should I use for early signs of aging?’ The first person couldn’t answer and had to call someone else who could, and seemed very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. It just left me wondering why the first person didn’t know such basic question... Oh well, hoping for good results!
