As a first-time mom with a complicated pregnancy, I was anxious and scared — but Kat stood by me every single step of the way. She went *above and beyond* her duty, staying well past her working hours and even skipping her scheduled breaks just to make sure I had a smooth and safe normal delivery. Her calm presence, reassuring words, and incredible skill gave me the confidence and strength I needed when I thought I couldn’t go on. Because of her dedication, compassion, and selflessness, I not only delivered my baby safely, but also had a truly positive and empowering birth experience. If you’re in severe pain, avoid this emergency room at all costs. This has been one of the worst hospital experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at 1:30 a.m., and it’s now 9:44 a.m. I still haven’t seen a doctor. Not even once. The waiting room isn’t even that busy anymore because many patients have already left out of frustration. The lack of care and urgency here is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
