The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass

Very neat clean open air facility with many authentic name brand legitimate outlet priced stores. Most of these stores are very easily accessible from the main walkways with multiple very helpful directory boards stationed around. This location is easy to find using Google Maps. Plenty of free parking. There are multiple layers of security for your safety. The restrooms are very well kept.

What a joke! Almost every kids’ ride-on machine here is broken. They happily take your money, but the rides won’t even start. No warning signs anywhere about these broken Chinese toys. Imagine kids getting excited, then having that joy ripped away — thanks to these useless machines. Feels like a straight-up scam hiding behind the name of ‘family fun.’ Trash setup and shameful for a place calling itself a premium outlet.

Out of all these places, this one feels like the best of them all! I believe my experience was enhanced by visiting on a weekday. There were endless parking spots, making the arrival stress-free. The selection of stores includes all the top brands, which made shopping a pleasure, and the promotions were genuinely good and honest. Shopping here felt peaceful and liberating. Unlike other outlets that often feel crowded and chaotic, this place offered a near-magical experience. The staff members were well-trained, cheerful, and professional, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. It was such a relief to shop in a place where people truly understand customer service. Honestly, I usually dread the thought of shopping at busy outlets, but The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass makes me look forward to coming back. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to return.
