This company isn’t good. I am currently working with them and not satisfied at all. I deleted trucks from my policy about 2 months ago , although the trucks are being removed, I am still paying for these trucks which is about over $5000 they just telling me it may take 60 days before I can see any adjustments in payment. I add a truck this month and had to pay them a down payment of $3800 I was told that this truck monthly payment and when payment was due they called me for payment and when I asked how much is the payment they told me $17,900 dollars which included payment for trucks that are no longer with the company which they haven’t made any adjustments to reflect the trucks that are being removed and they also add the truck that I just added to this month payment for which I just gave them $3800 down payment. Anyone who is looking for insurance be aware of this company.

Casey Wook is the is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He’s is honest and up front with everything. Always helpful and always available. He has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. This is my first year working with Paladin Group, one of my friends referred me to Casey and it was the best referral ever. I had an amazing experience dealing with Paladin Group. I worked with Frank Seen and his team on my commerical insurance renewal. Not only that he stared to look for the insurance whole month ahead of other brokers (whoever calls you last days of renewal clearly don't know what they are doing) but also he helped us to transit to fleet insurance cutting premium almost in half. I specifically want to commend Frank on his communication and transparency. Frank was always available and eager to answer any questions that we had. I was surprised to learn that you can make insurance compete with each other thus lowering premiums even further. Great job Frank!
