Danny who was the technician that came out, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest. We were told by a appliance delivery person that are water shut off valve was defective. After Danny checked it thoroughly he determined that it was not defective and that we did not need to go through the expense of installing a new one. He could have easily said that it needed replacing. The pampering plumber was highly recommended by some close friends of ours who have used them for years. Now we know why. We will definitely call the pampering plumbers for any future needs that we might have. And if possible we hope that Danny would be the technician that would be sent to us.

Art came out and fixed 2 of our toilets and knew what was wrong and how to fix them quick and super clean taking care of our home like it was his own. Great plumber!!! Highly experienced!!!
