I visited this salon just over 2 months ago for the first time as I was told they provide a really good facial service which include extractions. I have been 3 times now for facials as my skin had a lot of congestion as previous salons I was going to weren’t doing the job correctly. I left the salon this evening feeling like my skin is finally on the right path. All the congestion has gone and my skin has never felt/ looked better. Thank you so much girls, you have given me my confidence back again! I would definitely recommend visiting the Parlour especially for facials and skin concerns

First wax here the other night. The clinic was such a cute boutique, it didn’t have the typical spa feel, just felt perfectly relaxed anyway. It was funky and interesting. The staff was brilliant, put me at ease and was very professional.

I really don’t like have to write poor reviews… but the service left me with an acne-like rash. I got the sides of my face waxed, and the beautician used strip wax as opposed to hot wax which I think furthered the damage. The service was rushed, and quite rough. :(
