The People's Pharmacy - Cornwall

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a pharmacy, doctor, and especially the receptionist for Dr. Zaki. The hostility and awful attitudes that fill this space is enough to deter anyone from ever coming back. While I get that everyone has bad days, it is a constant thing here. If you are looking for a compassionate and welcoming environment, go literally anywhere else. If you plan on scheduling your day around your appointment, make sure to give atleast two hours to account for their useless scheduling.

My wife recently had an appointment with Dr. zaki in which he made her feel so uneasy and upset after what was supposed to be a positive appointment (for mental health) that she no longer feel comfortable seeing anyone else beside Dr. Isaac. When I came to enquire I was “assured” his 30 years of practice no patient has ever left like this. Seems to me after 30 years he’s forgotten basic human ethics. Take it or leave it.
