Came to the mall to grab a last minute item for my pet but when I arrive, it seems that the shop is closed way before the end of its operating hours and the staff is just sitting at the counter waiting to knock off with the lights turned off. Time is 9.15pm. Shop closes at 9.30pm.

Came all the way down here for the shop to be closed. It was not stated on the opening hours here about this 1 hour closure. Would really be very helpful if the management could at least put such important information on their listing here.

Very rude staffs who opened my brand new item without seeking for approve. Worst place to shop for pets item, with higher price and attitude from the staffs, as if we owe them a living.

Whenever we need something urgently for our pup, we'd go to this branch to check it out. While this branch is quite small and doesn't have a lot of the items, it still has the essentials. What stands out with this branch however, is the staff. Whoever's on shift, they're all very accommodating and helpful. They give you ample time to explore on your own but are always ready to recommend items for your need. Tip: You can call their hotline to check if items are available, this is not only specific to the Hougang mall branch but to all Pet Lovers branches.
