We bought a faucet + Chad came out the next day to install. Both these Plumbers were very friendly + knowledgeable. So, here is my experience with The Plumber. It started several months ago when I suspected an underground leak at my house. I called and they were able to send someone to my house within a few hours. The water in my yard turned out to be coming from my neighbors house and The Plumber left without charging me for the call. I don’t forget that kind of thing, so last night when my mom’s water heater stopped working I decided to give them a call to check it out for her. I called this morning (Saturday) and made an appointment to have them out on Monday and let me tell you that even their Saturday answering service team is exceptionally professional and thorough. Josh ended up calling me back to talk about the issue we were having and my observations with the water heater. He said he had a guy that was working today that could stop by and have a look and give us a quote. More better! Chad was there in a few hours, friendly and professional, and had mom’s hot water back up and running in no time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend calling The Plumber AZ.
