When my mother passed, her estate was full of loose end, so I wasn't optimistic. To add to the chaos, I live out of state, which translates to most of the work needing to be done remotely. Jacob and Sarah were able to navigate me through the process of settling my mother's estate, including screening other people I needed to work with. The resolution ended up better than I originally expected. Highly recommended.
