The Prasads Automotive meets all my expectations of a Bentley Specialist and is highly recommended. When I on my way back from a long journey to Scotland, my Continental GT had misfire problem, l had no choice but keep driving back, over 1000 miles while the engine was not in good condition, when l bring my car to the garage, l didn't have much hope. David was so busy that time, fixing other three cars, he said he can do it, but it will take some time to discover the problem. I went back and after five days David gave me a call, my car has three cylinders misfire and fuel inject system linking, I need to replace all 12 ignition coils and spark plugs, and all the fuel nozzles, sounds very expensive! And he asked what happended in Scotland, well, I had no choice but to use three full tank of E10 Petrol from the petrol station I never heard the name before. After four days, l went to pick up the car, I didn't expected David gave me a huge discount, He feels exciting when dealing with my car, first time had this problem in the 37 years of his experience. Now my car drives so good, even smoother than before, thanks David and his team so much!

This is a long review as the quality of service from this garage was so EXCELLENT it needs a good explanation. My Bentley GT suffered a starter motor burn out following water getting into the kessy unit and triggering the starter motor until it burnt out. Had the car taken to one of the garages associated with Bentley and the price that they quoted lets just say was a huge amount (5 figures). As a fairly new Bentley owner was not sure if that price was reasonable, so set out to get a couple more quotes. I wanted to get a like for like quote so sent the itemised quote from the main dealer garage without the price to a couple of garages. One of those garages was The Prasads Automotive Ltd that I found after doing a google search. I did some checks on reviews and got a quote for the repair from them. The quote did surprise me as it was much lower than what the main dealer associated garage quoted me as well as lower than the other garage that gave a quote. I had a lengthy chat with David at The Prasads Automotive Ltd and he sounded like a man that knew exactly what was wrong with my car even without seeing it, as the car was still in the other garage, and told me exactly what needed doing. Learning that David had over 25 years of experience working on Bentleys also helped (I checked him out on LinkedIn too). I decided to book my car in to The Prasads Automotive Ltd and David arranged for the car to be towed over to him from the other garage and started work on it straight away. The whole engine needed to be taken out to replace the starter motor. Also the interior had to be stripped out as water had got into the interior. The service that The Prasads Automotive Ltd provided was more than 5 star, with David keeping me informed and updated daily on progress, highlighting any other issues that needed addressing as he gave the car a once over, sending me photos via WhatsApp of things that he found. This level of customer service was above the call of duty and was really appreciated. I got a couple of other jobs done on the car including service, which was not something I had to do, but thought as the car was in the garage, I might as well get the jobs done. Even with the additional works, the price I paid was still significantly lower than the quote from the other 2 garages for the main job. I got the car back with a full valet done on it and the works was completed ahead of schedule. The overall customer service was EXCELLENT, Quality of work was EXCELLENT, Price was EXCELLENT and great value for money and David was a true PROFFESSIONAL. I highly recommend them.
