The Private Mechanic

I found Billy on Google Search and called him to see if he could look at a knocking noise coming from the front of my car. He told me to bring my car down in 30 minutes. I left my car with him to check over and he called me back about half an hour later with his findings. It turned out I needed my front shock absorbers and top mounts changing. We agreed to get the work done. A few hours later he called me back saying that he had completed the work but that there was also an issue with the tyres. Billy doesn't actually fit tyres but he put me onto another local trader that did (KD Tyres, also great service). He said he thought that if I had these tyres changed it would also cure an issue I had with the cars steering, as they were out of shape. I went and had two new front tyres fitted plus my wheels re-aligned. These works cured my car issues. Billy later followed up by texting me to see if all was now well with my car, which I thought was good customer service. I would recommend Billy for his reasonable pricing and great service. Just moved to the area, & needed an oil change service on my EcoSport. Found Bill on Google, & now know why he has top ratings. Booked me in with just a few days notice, & he had the car for just over an hour. Very reasonably priced, & a very friendly fella. Will definitely use him from now on.

Did a rear discs and pads change for a reasonable price with same day service. Great work, will be using him again.
