Profit has knowledgeable coaches that care about your goals. The members are friendly and the atmosphere is a judgement free zone. I can say, after a year at Pro-Fit, group fitness has been the most fun and motivating type of workouts I’ve done. Despite how intimidating CrossFit may sound, all workouts are scalable to various fitness levels. I never have issues with classes cancelling and the gym is clean. I would recommend anyone to Pro-Fit!

After being a member a Pro-Fit for a year, I can confidently say it's the highlight of my day! I initially joined to enhance my fitness and make new connections, and I've been blown away by the experience. The coaches are fantastic, consistently motivating us to push our limits. I joined the Pro-Fit family in January 24 (only 2.5 months in) as someone who has never tried CrossFit before and I am loving it! The members have been so kind and welcoming. The coaches have been great at teaching this newbie the moves and ensuring to focus on correct technique. We have members at all fitness levels and it truely makes the community so special.
