Profit has knowledgeable coaches that care about your goals. The members are friendly and the atmosphere is a judgement free zone. I can say, after a year at Pro-Fit, group fitness has been the most fun and motivating type of workouts I’ve done. Despite how intimidating CrossFit may sound, all workouts are scalable to various fitness levels. I never have issues with classes cancelling and the gym is clean. I would recommend anyone to Pro-Fit!
