Lindsey VargasPaid for my father’s home to be deep cleaned, and was told by office manager that baseboards were included. Baseboards went unaddressed. I paid for an extra hour so the cleaners wouldn’t rush. I never received a call about needing more time, otherwise I would have happily paid. Instead, my father ended up cleaning the baseboards himself which defeated the whole point of me paying. When I called and asked the office manager about this, I was told I would get a call back when the supervisor was in. It’s been 2 weeks, nothing. Would not recommend!! Update: In response to the owner’s comment, I still haven’t received a callback from the owner. I stand by my point that I did pay for an extra hour and never told anyone not to exceed that time. Initiallyc, I was quoted 2 hours and I paid for the extra hour. I would have paid more happily. Please do not use the service or maybe not this location as they will be dismissive and unresponsive.
