I moved to Glen Gate Pharmacy from the Costco pharmacy and this turned out to be just the right decision. I have two seniors in my family and getting prescriptions available or refilled on time is crucial for me. I needed timely service and prompt communication (which were missing in my experience with several other pharmacies before this) and the Glen Gate pharmacy provided both. In all the years I have been with Glen Gate Pharmacy, service has been prompt and efficient, and just as satisfying is the pharmacist's (Sonali) calm and professional ways. She has gone out of her way to help me with filling out Health Canada forms for the seniors. She has been patient with my questions about prescriptions or other issues and her replies and explanations are always well-informed. Highly recommend!
