Staying at a holiday park nearby and was recommended this place. Was off to a great start with service over the phone when ordering! However, went very downhill when some of the chicken was raw. Working in a kitchen, we understood that sometimes it happens and asked for a partial refund but was rudely accused by the manager that it was not their chicken as they’d done some checks in the kitchen. As explained to them, we understood that it could’ve been an off chance but complete denial was shocking! Will be taking this further as the experience was horrible when we tried to be reasonable with them as the other food was great until we were put off. Would not recommend due to the inability to deal with customer raised issues.
15 of us turned up for an 18th Birthday meal on a Monday night. The food was excellent and served very quickly and collectively with no one waiting for food. The team were on hand but not overbearing and let us enjoy our evening. Thanks to all involved
