I found Phil through a quick google search of the best realtor’s in London and I am so happy I did! Phil assisted me and my partner in selling my first home and finding our forever family home. Phil is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and all aspects of buying and selling. He was always quick to respond and very honest about market demands. Showings were booked in an extremely timely manner and Phil was always readily available for any questions. Phil made the process seamless and is overall a very approachable and genuine person. He somehow knew which houses had strange vibes before we even stepped inside (psychic??), and lined up multiple days of viewings on short notice - all while balancing other clients (time traveller??
