I got married April 11 2025 and had the absolute pleasure of working with Rathai. Rathai was kindhearted, professional and patient through the whole process, from booking to the end result. She answered all of my emails promptly, went into great detail and gave recommendations based on her professional opinion. She was not pushy and was so positive. I opted not to get a trial, because I’m not particularly picky. I knew what I wanted and sent many inspiration photos. Since we had such great communication, the end result was absolutely flawless. My skin looked like porcelain and my makeup was not heavy or dramatic. It was the exact result I had in mind. I decided to get my makeup and hair done at her salon and it was clean and had an overall great vibe. Most importantly, Rathai made me feel so calm and collected on the day of. My mom looked 10 years younger and was very happy with the result (which was a miracle, considering she didn’t do a trial and is a picky person).
