My sister booked us an appointment at the Reset Room for my birthday, and it was my first time visiting a head spa. I will definitely be returning. The receptionists were sweet and welcoming. Dalal provided a thorough hair analysis, clearly explained the process, and ensured the service met their high standards. Khaleja gave an excellent head massage and treatment, and Zeinab did an amazing blow dry with the most delicate hands. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and can’t wait to come back!

Didn't even know this place existed but so glad I do now! Owner Dalal (I hope I didn't misspell!) and masseuse Zeinab were just amazing. The scalp massage was like heaven on earth and then all she did was a blow dry and my hair looks so good! More importantly, my hair FEELS incredible. It's shiny and so soft. Also, I learned they have a gadget to zoom in on your scalp to be able to show you what's going on with you so they know what to help with. I will say I normally have a pretty dry scalp, but looking today after my treatment, not a flake to be found!! Thank you so much ladies - I will definitely be returning!

The best experience ever! Everyone was so incredibly kind, welcoming, and sincere. I have been struggling with folliculitis for 4 years and after coming here my scalp feels more calm than it has in years. My husband has been struggling with hair regrowth after going through chemo and they were so amazing and gave him a lot of attention and care. They also gave us a bag full of products for us to take home and use! I feel very emotional writing this because of how kind they were. After years of stress I am truly grateful and cannot believe how amazing this experience was! We highly recommend it and it’s so worth it! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!

I had the best experience at the reset room. Dalal, the owner, was very pleasant. I did not know what to expect going in but the tea tree tranquility service was amazing. my hair has never felt so light and clean. I was very relaxed, the massage was amazing. The spa is very beautiful. whoever designed it did an amazing job. I booked another appointment before I left.
