She really knows what she’s doing and she has a great passion for it. I am in love with everything she did to my hair. It looks so healthy and so beautiful. So glad I found her! She’s now stuck with me!

Kayla was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out the best style and color. Super professional and easy to talk to—and honestly, the best cut and color I’ve had. The salon was really nice too, with lots of products and friendly staff. Highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking for a great hairstylist in town!

CAUTION if you are considering booking an appointment at The Retreat Fort Sask. I booked an appointment a month in advance as I have a special event to attend. I received a confirmation two days before the appointment as well as the morning of the appointment. I drove from out of town to attend this appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front desk that the lady I booked with no longer works there and there was no one that could provide the service today. I wasn’t even given the courtesy of a phone call the day before or day of the appointment indicating this. I mentioned I actually received confirmation of the appointment from them. They told me that was automatic. There were so many ways they could have rectified this situation but instead they were very unprofessional and demonstrated that they do not care at all. I have an event to attend and am now out of luck to book elsewhere so last minute, in addition to wasting my time spent driving to the salon. I will not be booking here again.
