When a product is no where to be found - I can always find it at Pricemaster. Reliable family owned business - with competitive pricing. Been ordering from them since last 5 years and they have never disappointed me. What's best is their next day delivery via UPS and FedEx for urgent orders. I recommend!

I was a regular customer with Price Master for 15 years. I placed weekly orders and never had a problem. Even now that I closed my business I can still call the company and say hello to my customer service representative. Good people to work with.

Rude and unfriendly. Did business for over 10 years (over 100 orders) and had problem with their freight calculation. Freight was always on the high side but this time was unreasonable. We had ordered 9 pounds of little items like phone cords ($250 total) and freight was quoted anywhere from $200 (cheapest) to $1,500 (fastest). I was told rates had gone up, Ut was far away, I was looking at an overnight rate and so on. Not that their system might have a problem. Unhelpful and supplier will be replaced.

Terrible. Processing time is very slow, they make you pay for returns, merch wasn’t properly labeled as being considered hazmat, and high restock fees. Oh and let me not forget the merchandise was shipped in a box that didn’t fully close at the top, and instead of properly packing it they covered the opening with tape. Overall I was very disappointed with the service with this company. I am still waiting on a refund even though the things I returned were already received. I doubt I would use them again.

This place obviously makes their money from money laundering because there's no way they are an actual wholesale distributor. If I could give them 0 stars i would. Products are never in stock but are still listed on webpage for buyers to purchase. They wont ever tell you its out of stock though. You have to sit wondering where the order is for weeks on end to raise suspicion and to pick up a phone and find out where it is because it's impossible to email them. But wait! it's gets harder...you have to go through at least 2 rude reps before reaching the last level because sarcastically business is booming for them and they are too busy to handle your issue pssshh. I honestly get an eerie feeling they all sit in one dark dilapidated room with lingering smells of cigarettes and cheap cologne lying and scamming and laughing at people at day. Once you reach the final boss level don't expect to resolve your problem you will be introduced by an impatient rep who wont make life easy for you. I called asking for a refund after maybe 3 weeks of not receiving this order and it is NOW 2 months from initial purchase and they're telling me i should have received the refund well if i did i wouldn't be calling again because calling this place feels makes you feel like you've done something wrong to them. The only thing he could tell me was to call him back later that day as if i was inconveniencing him at that particular moment. They only have about $112 of my money but as i am a small business trying to grow every penny counts but they wore my patience out enough to write this negative review. long story short beware stay away and run far away from pricemaster don't waste your time or money because they definitely don't want you wasting theirs.
