2274 Princess St is a fabulous building, with the nicest, friendliest residents. The amenities are outstanding, from the beautiful work pod offices to the well appointed gym and pool and more. The building managers, Sandy and Tony are always available and ready to respond to any tenant needs, and really contribute to the sense of community that is apparent at this property. Keep up the great work!

I’m writing this review to share my very distressing experience with Patry Inc. as a subtenant at 2274 Princess Street in Kingston. From the beginning, the process was disorganized and poorly communicated. I struggled to schedule a viewing of the property — no one assisted me outside of limited business hours, which caused a great deal of stress while I was trying to secure housing. Despite eventually moving in and paying for a designated parking spot, I was never given a physical parking permit — even after following up multiple times. Management knew my vehicle, and I had made efforts to comply, but I was left without the permit required to avoid enforcement. On May 10, 2025, my car was towed from a stall I believed to be visitor parking — a location I was told by the leasing agent and Sandy (a staff member) was for guests. I parked there during a time of medical urgency, and I later witnessed two other vehicles parked in the same spot that were not towed. This shows a lack of consistent enforcement and raises questions about fairness in how rules are applied. What made the situation worse was the way I was treated. Sandy’s husband, Tony, was extremely dismissive. When I said I would take the issue to small claims court, he scoffed and said, “You won’t win,” then walked away. Later, while I waited outside for an Uber, he followed me and asked where the other cars were parked — questioning what I saw. This felt intimidating and added to the emotional toll of the experience. I also had to pay an unexpected $282.50 towing fee and $16 for transportation, which is a financial burden I should never have faced — especially given that I was never given the tools to comply (the permit card), and that no notice or warning was issued. This incident left me feeling targeted, unsafe, and unsupported. I no longer feel comfortable living in this building. It is unacceptable to treat tenants — especially new and vulnerable ones — with such a lack of respect and transparency. I strongly urge Patry Inc. to review their tenant communication, staff conduct, and enforcement procedures to ensure future residents don’t go through what I did.

Great building, great tenants, and mostly great superintendent's! Sandy and Tony have been responsive, helpful, kind, and courteous to myself and every tenant I have spoken too. I'm very thankful to have them as our apartment building liaisons. Keep up the fantastic work! Matt 🌞

Very happy with my new apartment in this beautiful building. My view is of the courtyard , which is looking great! The leasing agent Sona has been so helpful, going above and beyond by showing the apartment to my son and son in law, while they were live-streaming to me in Florida!! She’s the best. The supers, Sandy and Tony, are so nice and very welcoming! Sandy has been so helpful in getting me a suitable parking spot. Only flaw I’m concerned about is the visitors parking situation, which I believe is the result of poor planning at the beginning. This really needs a solution soon!
