Agent & Homes marketed our property after another agent had been marketing it. The previous agent seemed to do no marketing and relied on their brand name and Rightmove and location of its offices. Rav on the other hand was brilliant after sitting down with us and he was honest about the market and went out of his way to do the best for us. He did not bring buyers round unless he had vetoed them beforehand. He not only marketed it locally but also on numerous websites and sold it to a buyer from Central London after being told by our former agent it would only be a local buyer who would purchase the house. We were impressed that he knew everything about the area and he kept us up to date on the process throughout. My only regret was we should have found Rav earlier and taken him on as our Sole agent With his many years as an agent he also personally shows people around not handing over to a junior member of the team Well done Rav and thank you for all your support.

Agent & Homes are unlike any real estate agency we've worked with in London. The interaction with Rav has been great as he goes out of his way to make you feel you are dealing with a friend rather than an agent. All our asks have been taken into consideration and A&H make sure you are updated frequently on the progress of your situation. The process has been great too, everything is done online where it can easily be tracked and completed with a few clicks. Really good experience.

He suggested a sensible marketing price, backed up by plenty of local comparable evidence, and within hours of the property being live had communicated what viewings were booked in and the profiles of the applicants. We received multiple offers and had to go to best and final offers before Charlie talked us through these thoroughly so we could make our own decision. Once the offer was accepted he kept us in close contact on the progress of the sale which went through seamlessly even though we were in the middle of a global pandemic and London's restrictions were tightening daily.
