I used the Right Ride for transportation to the airport. They provided pricing over the phone and confirmed the date and time of pickup via text. On the day of, the driver was communicative and prompt, texting us with updates on his pickup. However, once we got to the airport, the driver asked us for a different amount than what we were quoted, citing airport fees. I really didn’t like this lack of transparency in fees. I ended up canceling my return trip from the airport and using Uber instead!

Couldn’t recommend this service enough. Extremely reliable, and Bernard always goes above and beyond to get you where you need to go. Far better than other car services and a MUCH better experience than a ride-share. Highly recommend.

Right Ride Taxi of Norwood is far superior to the other cab companies in town. They show up right on time, which is of tantamount importance to me as I occasionally need to use the service to get to work and I need to be on time. The drivers are courteous and pleasant. The cars in the fleet are late model, clean and very comfortable. If you haven't given them a try, do yourself a favor and give them a call next time you need to "cab it" somewhere. You won't be sorry!
