The Rittenhouse Hotel

We stayed at The Rittenhouse for 3 nights using American Express fine hotels reservations.|All of the staff are very well trained, knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was very well appointed and clean with a nice view of Rittenhouse square. The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping and the wait staff at breakfast were very helpful and responsive to our requests. |Highly recommend this hotel.

For my family, it was a luxury to stay here on the weekend of our daughter's wedding. The location is perfect, right on beautiful Rittenhouse Square. And the staff were of the highest, old-school hotel quality. It was a pleasure to deal with real, friendly, helpful people rather than a faceless check-in. The service was top notch throughout, the fitness center and the pool were terrific amenities, and there was nothing like walking out in the morning into that beautiful park (with staff members all saving hello on the way out). It was a reminder of what a hotel stay used to be like, and it made for a wonderful time in the days leading up to the wedding and on the day after.

The service is like no other. During a conversation we disclosed we were in town for a wedding. We also had our leftover cheese steaks in our hands. This prompted the question of "do you need a steamer and microwave?" And within no time both items were delivered to our room. Every staff member was helpful and friendly.
