Overall it was a great experience staying at Hyatt. Staffs were good. Ruth from Restaurant service was also nice. Rooms was spacious and neat and tidy. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The room service guy kept some almonds for me one day with a note which really got my attention. Gym and Swimming pool was also nice with a 12hour trainer who assisted well.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Gurgaon, I booked this place for 6 days and this place truly felt like HOME AWAY FROM HOME 🏡 All services including Room service, Hotel Management, food service etc was excellent. Kudos to head chef Neeraj sir, Sneha, Ashutosh, Ruth, Mamta and all the staff members. Thanks for everything😊 Entire Staff is very caring and thanks for the healthy yet delicious food for my 1 year old kid. He really enjoyed his trip. I am definitely going to book this place during my next visit to Gurgaon.

The food was delicious, and the overall experience was just perfect. Terrible Experience – Booking Cancelled Without Notice! We had an awful experience with this hotel. My friend and I had a confirmed booking, only to be shocked when we arrived around 7 PM and were told it had been cancelled—with no call, no email, no warning whatsoever. The excuse? "Your card didn’t work." But no one attempted to contact us to resolve the issue or give us a chance to provide an alternative payment method. A simple phone call or email could have avoided the entire situation. Even though If the hotel we got the room, but the experience was incredibly stressful and completely avoidable if the hotel had shown even a basic level of professionalism or courtesy. Would absolutely not recommend staying here. If you value your peace of mind and don’t want your booking to disappear without notice, look elsewhere.
