I went today to get a pedicure as I haven’t had one in a year since my daughter was a couple months old… I brought my now 1 year old with me, she was great watched her show and ate her snacks on my lap but my attention was mostly on her the whole time. My pedicure was rushed my feet are still dry and my calluses untouched and she made my one toe nail crooked which I had been growing out for a pedicure so I’d have nice straight nails for a French tip she cut one side so much shorter. I left after paying and noticed on my walk home so I went back cause I knew I wouldn’t be back again for a long time and it would of driven me crazy and I just don’t have the time to fix it myself. They told my toe just does that (which it has NEVER done that in my life! I’ve been getting pedicures for years and have never had this problem) first she wasn’t getting what I was telling her to fix and almost made it worse she was clearly frustrated and handed me the file to do it myself and said she’d hold my daughter…. Not an option as she doesn’t like strangers so I showed her again she kinda got it but not really she stilll painted it crooked but at this point I was over it and it was good enough that I could deal with until I could find time to get them done again. The worst part is when I got home I was talking to my friend about the appointment and I was looking at my toes and the pinky toe nail polish had already chipped off within my walk home, which was a 20 minute walk I was wearing flip-flops so it wasn’t like it was getting pushed on or rubbed on anything for it to have chipped off… this wasn’t a great experience for me as I have anxiety after having a baby and it killed me even asking to get it fixed I’m normally not one to complain but this really bothered me as I could of done a better job myself but because I legit can’t sit and do it myself cause my daughter won’t let me so I decided to treat myself and came to get them done and feel like I paid for a service and it was done rushed and half assed….. and I now either have to redo them myself or go somewhere else to get them fixed once my nails grows out

After moving to Huntsville recently I have discovered Le Nails and I am so pleases. So much attention to detail and they even took me in right away to fix one nail that I chipped!

Review update - Le Nails is busier than ever, but still absolutely amazing customer service. Very thorough job done on my pedicure and the wax that is used is very great on my sensitive skin. I don’t trust a lot of people to do my eyebrows - but i have gone to Kym 2x now and she is amazing! I was holding off on getting my nails done in light of back yard Reno’s and when I was in town, I just popped in to see if Tony had time to do a very natural nail - and he made the time for me - just amazing to be treated so kindly here. ******** I get the solar nails and Le Nails always does an amazing job!! Their place is very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very pleasant! I am one that has an idea and allows them to run with my over arching idea and it always turns out amazing!! I highly recommend. Price points are very fair for the work they produce!
