IsuhanasCame here for the food. Had the bbq, cheeseburgers and cheesy chips. It was…not as good. The burgers just had patty and cheese. No salad or pickles whatsoever. Not worth £4 at all. Someone me and my bf got diarrhea the next day. I feel like the sauces we had from the bbq wasn’t in good condition huhu
Jayne MacleodIn desperate need of a makeover, sat in the bar area as we had dogs with us. Very dated. Food is excellent, you need to book, it gets very busy. Not enough pay Stations, or order and pay queues are ridiculous, Good luck with finding a parking space.
Bill FurlongVery nice Sunday roast although no Yorkshire pudding 🤔 and might have been more generouswith the roast potatoes. Apart from that make sure you park in the correct car park immediately adjacent to the Salthouse if you want to be refunded when ordering food. Take pound coins x 5 for parking or use the app. in the car park. Lovely everything else though.
Jano sandellLovely food! We sat in the bar area as had dogs so couldn’t go in the restaurant section. There was only one hatch open to order food from so ended up queuing for 20 minutes to order food (it’s not table service but order at the bar). Had to then queue again at the bar to order drinks which was a bit frustrating after already queuing for so long to order food. We also had to drive around the car park for 10 minutes upon arrival waiting for a parking space to become available as it was full with nowhere else to park. Other than the waiting to park, queuing for ages to order food & then queuing again to order drinks, everything else was lovely. We did want to order desserts but didn’t want to stand in the long queue again to order so ended up taking a walk along the seafront & getting dessert elsewhere. Also the website stated that the car parking charge would be deducted from the food bill, but as we paid for parking on the parking app we were told it couldn’t be refunded… so parking isn’t free if you pay for it on the parking app.
