TanmoySabuiNice place 2 min walking distance from sea beach.. Food counter, bus stand, all beside the hotel. While we check in morning 8 am. Very cooperative staff. Complementary breakfast.
Ashikur RahmanIt is a budget friendly option at cox's bazar. If you want to stay at a decent price near to the kolatoli sea beach, then try this place. I paid 2k BDT for 12 hours stay. I do not have any complains.
Syed Muminul HussainThey talk all sweet before getting the room, once you made payment, you are held at ransome. We booked 3 separate rooms for our 3 families, before booking they showed us the rooms in one floor next to each other, when went on the planed day( next day) they shoved 2 families in one apartment and gave one room on another floor. When complained they showed us 2 rooms which standards were very low, so obviously we had no choice but to stay as it is. Then THERE COMES THE WATER ISSUE. NO WATER IN THE SHOWER, its droplets. YOU HAVE TO SQUAT AND USE BUCKET AND MUG TO HAVE SHOWER!!!! When complained they said someone will come and fix it in the moring, when complained the next day they said its how it is, no one complained before. When checking out I was told you should have left(bare in mind i had already paid). No complaints box. I am sure the owner gives money to maintain the property but the staff takes it . If the Managing Director sees this, please take better care for you hotel, its in a very good location.
Reazul AlamOne of the worst hotel ever. They gave us low price at first and after filling out the form they increased their price by saying, you have to pay more if you want to stay just for 1 day. And then we wanted to leave but they forced us to stay just because we filled out the form. The room was very smelly, there are no exhaust in the toilet so the room always smelled really really bad. The AC doesn’t cool the room at all. Stuffs were manner less and the lift shuts off after 12 am! What kind of hotel doesn’t have a 24 hours lift! We checked out the hotel at the very next day. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
