REVIEW SELLING 4/29/2025 Jason assisted me in purchasing my first home in 2019, due to his dedication, I decided to enlist his help in selling it. Unfortunately, our reason for selling was financial hardship. For the past two years, my wife and I struggled with paying our mortgage, which was an extra $900 a month, along with the rising cost of California taxes and fire insurance. When we decided to sell our home, we contacted Jason and informed him of our need to sell in order to pay cash for a home in Arkansas, have money to move, and support ourselves until my business improved. Jason spent over a week finding a top realtor who managed to find us a larger, move-in ready home with more land than our current property, including two additional bathrooms. We received several offers, none close to what we needed, but when the final buyer's offer came in, Jason ensured the other agent understood our situation. They collaborated to secure a cash deal that enabled us to move. Though it is difficult to leave our home and community, Jason's assistance was crucial. He consistently made me feel supported throughout the buying and selling process. Jason's efforts were appreciated and exceeded expectations. As I watch my children play in our new backyard, I will remember Jason's role in making this possible and remain grateful for his help. REVIEW IN 12/19/2019 BUYING This was my first time buying a home. Affter firing a agent that did not perform to my expectation I reached out to Jason who had just sold and bought a home for my aunt. Janson Paris me up with a loan officer who had me ready to shop for homes. The hole time I felt with Jason I felt I had a layer who was there to fight for me and got me what I wanted. I am extremely satisfied with his work and if I sell my home or buy another one I will only call him. Because of Jason I am now liveing my dream of owning my own home. I'm still waiting to wake up from a dream. Thanks Jason for makeing someone else's dream come true.
