Inder SandhuWish I could give 0 stars for this insurance company! They are honestly a joke. Requested to cancel my home and auto insurance through them back in November and since then I have paid for 2 insurance payments plus my new insurance payments. When I first called the office they blamed me for not putting a stop payment through my bank and told me that there was nothing they could do. I tried reaching out to Ruby but no response there, which is not surprising. Another month goes by and they take another payment again after it was brought to their attention that a payment went through. They said they would reach out to Economical and speak to them about a refund. For 2 weeks they told me Economical was not responding to them. I still was patient and said please let me know when there is an update. After hearing nothing from them, I called Economical myself and a rep from there told me that Sound Insurance put in the request for cancellation on January 10, 2025! This is almost 2 MONTHS AFTER I sent the original cancellation request. No wonder why I kept getting charged, they didn’t even cancel my policy after being questioned about it the first time a payment went out in December! It is now February and Sound Insurance hasn’t even bothered to reach out to me or apologize for this big mistake. And I am still waiting for my refunds! Highly recommend staying away from this Insurance company, super unprofessional and rude staff that do not care about you! Please don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting Ruby and her incompetent staff!!!
