We love this shop, but we think it's worth exposing its pros and cons to help new customers and encourage the shop's ongoing development. Pros: - It's based on a planet-friendly mindset. - Immaculately clean - Friendly staff - Food quality* (look cons for more info) - Food delivery comes in large plastic bags, which should help drastically to reduce plastic packaging. Cons: There are not many cons, in our opinion. However, the only thing we noticed twice was that some products had no good quality and taste due to a possible expiry date. This is definitely caused by some old food mixed with the new one during refilling. If a customer approaches a specific container to fill their own, we doubt the container stays open for a long period of time (if this is the case, all the product should be wasted because it does not match the standard quality), and it is disappointing to pay a high price for food with low quality. We encourage the team to keep an eye on products and to decrease the price on food with a lower quality to reduce the waste. One extra advice to the staff: if the store is quiet, give a look to the dirty spoons in both filling stations (once, a station had only dirty spoons and not clean). I believe it's not nice for a customer to ask you to wash the spoons. However, it happened only once, and it might be a single case. I suggest a check every 30 minutes or after a busy period with customers. Overall, our rate is 85/100.
