Lj LaValleThey charge a dollar if you drop off a Fedex package with a prepaid label - not for me, as Fedex compensates drop off centers nicely so adding a fee is a bit much. It’s like being bullied to add a tip when buying a candy bar at a supermarket.

Everyone was so attentive to my project needs and all of my questions both in person and over the phone! Any time there was confusion about pricing, sizing, paper, etc, we worked it out quickly and easily. I loved my first round of booklets so much that I ordered a second round — when there were a few printing errors, Jon personally took time out of his schedule (during the holiday season…!) to reprint and get my booklets to me on time. What an actual king. Don’t hesitate to send your work here — such high quality printing and customer service. I was nervous about sending my personal artwork to be handled by someone else, and it feels so good to now know I can confidently rely on and support a local printing service. Leandra PollidoreWhen I entered I was greeted nicely and helped briefly because they were busy, which is understandable. I was just asking questions so I can know what to spend my money on. And also for information for the future, in case if I would like to use this place again. It felt like the worker, the guy with the short curly magentaish hair was getting annoyed and had a little attitude. So I left, I refused to be treated some kind of way because of my beautiful African American ethnicity. Like if you're going to help me, do it 100% without all the extra shenanigans. Never me again! Hope that guy have the day he deserves. It's 2024 people! Stop the racism!
