I had an amazing massage experience with Charlene at The Spa at OKANA. From the moment I checked in, everything felt calm and welcoming. Charlene took a minute to ask about my problem areas and tailored the pressure perfectly—deep where I needed it and relaxing throughout. Recently visited the spa and enjoyed it. The spa itself is beautiful and inviting. The check in process was a little clunky and could have been more informative. I loved my facial and had the 80 minute sampler massage. The massage was good but my therapist didn't ask any questions about what I wanted or check in about pressure. I went with a friend who loved her therapist. We both enjoyed the tranquility room!

CHARLENE, CHARLENE, CHARLENE!!!! If you want deep tissue, the “hurt so good” kind, request Charlene! She was extremely educated an experienced in massage therapy and the aches and pains of the body. She helped me by teaching me a new stretch for my hips which also alleviates the pain caused by my 3 slipped discs in my lower back. The facility smelled AMAZING! I was excited to find out they sold the room spray they use! The locker rooms were great with ample space to change and two private dressing rooms. They had lots of supplies such as hair brushes in plastic, feminine products, and other necessities. The red light treatment room was such a nice touch! Yes, only two people can fit at once, but do I really want to sit in a tight, warm area with more people than 2? The tranquility room was gorgeous, I’ve never experienced anything like it! Great snacks, yummy watermelon water, and cozy blankets. I live in Maryland and have considered traveling back to OK just to see Charlene!
