It's a small mall but very convenient for people living nearby specially in Springs and Meadows community. It has got shops, salon, restaurants, Marks & Spencer Food and a big Caarefour supermarket. It also had Reel Multiplex. Compare to big malls, this one was very less crowded. Normally tourists don't visit here. Parking was plenty. Worth visiting for daily needs...

Please do something with the bumper at the exit of the basement parking. I almost had a car accident there because of this bumper the other day. I was going up the slope to exit very slow because of the heavy traffic and when I had to pass that bumper, my car didn’t get enough power to pass due to its very slow speed but it hit the bumper and quickly slid down the slope. Fortunately, the car behind me kept enough space and saved both of us. I had never seen any basement parking area in Dubai has installed such a bumper at the exit of a slope which would easily cause the car to slide down the slope when there’s traffic and cars are going very slow. For the cars from the right side, there’s a stop sign there and by the traffic laws, cars should stop and watch and then pass. I don’t see any point to put a bumper here in order to slow down the cars from the basement to yield. To pass a bumper on a slope, cars have to gain some speed otherwise it will slide down the slope because of the hindrance. If you wish cars from the basement to drive safe and nicely, put warning signs along the slope to warn instead of a bumper at the exit of a slope please.
